The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course – you decide when you start and when you finish. We designed it to be completed in 20 minutes a day for 30 days but it is completely up to you, you can go at your own pace.
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own. There is a Teachable app so I suggest you to download it, it is so easy to use anywhere!
Absolutely! We all started at the very beginning and this course is designed to help those who are brand new at learning how to overcome emotional eating and those who have had some experience but haven’t felt successful in the past.
The course includes a weekly workbook, 30 lessons with step-by-step goals, exercises and activities, daily audio(s) about how to implement the goals. It included also specific mindful eating, mindfulness, “Before a craving”, “Love your body” audios.
The Happy Spoon Program is a non-diet approach that helps your body find its natural weight set-point that I call happy weight. Your happy weight is the weight your body is thriving at. Your weight will stabilize using this approach and your metabolism will heal, however, this is not a weight-loss program. All that being said, weight loss is a side effect of a happy and healthy relationship to food.
